MISSION ​​​

It is our mission to raise the vibration in our community, by empowering people and increasing their self worth, through dance, music, connection and creativity. We know that unlocking self belief, and championing a shared spirit of growth, can lead to people recognising how they can make a positive difference for themselves and others around them.

We advocate a 'for us by us' mentality and make space for young people and adults to learn to value and celebrate their contributions, and to feel proud of the part they play in society. We are devoted to helping people identify their untapped potential, by actively listening to stories and ideas. In supporting people realising their potential, we in turn feel empowered to continue this work, with hope and optimism that it will make a positive shift for Blackpool. 

As leaders in street dance and music, we’re here to champion progress and make space for personal development through high calibre training, real opportunities, the creation of a space where people are empowered to speak, feel and grow in their own unique way. and in their own time.​ For us, it isn’t just about learning foundations and steps, taking class or making music, it’s about people owning their stories, learning to nurture a sense of self and turning passions into purpose- a job, a show, a platform and a future.

We hope that investing in our people will energise them to use dance, music and art to reignite Blackpool's place as the UK's home for dance and creative culture, and that this will make Blackpool a happier, healthier more connected place to grow up, live and work. ​​​
