To qualify for a free place on the HAF programme, it is a requirement you provide your child’s name, date of birth, school, home postcode, Free School Meal and SEND status. Your child may not be able to participate if this is not supplied.

This information will only be shared with those organisations required to check your child’s eligibility for the HAF Programme and to support production of any returns requested by the Department of Education as funders of the programme.
